Privacy Policy

When you share a story, letter, lesson, photo, video, or audio message, we collect the content you submit along with your name and email address if you choose to provide them. When you give a love offering, our payment processor (Stripe) collects your payment details; we receive your name, email, gift amount, and any note you include, but never your full card number.

We also keep a simple count of how many times the site has been visited. This counter does not identify you personally.

Submitted memories are reviewed by the family and, if approved, displayed publicly on this site as part of the celebration of Bill & JoAnne's 80th birthdays. Your email address is used to send a thank-you confirmation for your submission or gift, and to contact you about your contribution if needed. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing.

You choose what to submit and whether to include your name and email. Submissions marked private are never shown publicly. If you would like a submission or gift record corrected or removed, contact us at Bill.Scheidler.Tribute@gmail.com and we will take care of it.

Submitted photos, videos, and audio are stored privately and only become viewable if your submission is approved. Payments are processed securely by Stripe; card details never touch our servers.
