Refund Policy

Love offerings are voluntary, one-time personal gifts to Bill & JoAnne Scheidler. Because they are gifts rather than purchases of goods or services, they are generally non-refundable once processed.

If you gave by mistake, entered the wrong amount, or were charged more than once, contact us within 7 days at Bill.Scheidler.Tribute@gmail.com with the email address you used and the approximate date and amount. We will review the situation and issue a refund through Stripe where appropriate.

If your payment did not go through, you were not charged. If you believe a charge is unauthorized, contact us right away and we will work with you and Stripe to resolve it.
